  • Opening Wallets Around the League

There has been some new money flying around in the NFL this week and the young stars of this league are finally getting paid in accordance to their on-field production. Many were skeptical of just how many long-term commitments would be made by organizations considering the uncertainty surrounding the CBA agreement that is in its final operating year currently.... • Cutler The Choke

After watching the unwatchable game between the San Francisco 49ers and the Chicago Bears on Thursday night, there were many things that I took away from the game. I just finished reading an article by Gregg Easterbrook on ESPN.com that suggested that Michael Crabtree could be a key reason why the San Francisco 49ers have been struggling to win lately. By reading his article, it only confirmed something that I believed about Crabtree prior to him signing with the Niners. What I am referring to is the attitude that Crabtree... (more)

  • Alex Smith Gets Another Shot To Prove He's Not A Bust

Former #1 overall draft pick Alex Smith is getting one last chance to prove he’s not one of the biggest busts the NFL has ever seen. On Monday, San Francisco 49ers head coach Mike Singletary announced his decision to start Smith over Shaun Hill, who was benched at halftime of Sunday’s 24-21 loss to the Texans.

  • Colts Hammer the Rams to Move to 6-0

Quite honestly, we all knew what was going to happen in St. Louis today. The Rams are beyond awful, and the Indianapolis Colts are beyond awesome. So it was just a matter of time before the Colts went out and picked up their sixth victory in as many games, and kept the Rams winless. I predicted a 38-13 final, but it simply wasn’t that close,...
